SPOTTED: TRANSPORTERS ON TUESDAY AT THE BATHURST 1000

Have a (virtual) wander through the Mount Panorama Circuit pit paddock on the opening day of the 2021 Bathurst 1000

Bathurst on a Tuesday? We won’t say no to that! The 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000 is officially underway, with a bumper line-up of racing set to absorb motorsport fans all the way through until Sunday evening.

The famed Mount Panorama Circuit paddock is chock-full of transporters this week. The pit area features big rigs from the Repco Supercars Championship, Super2 and Super3 Series, TCR Australia, Fanatec GT World Challenge, Touring Car Masters, Trans Am Series, Porsche Carrera Cup, S5000, Toyota 86 Racing Series and V8 SuperUtes. And that’s probably the longest sentence we’ve ever written on this website.

While it’s all petrol on track, Ross Gibb is kindly getting us some diesel shots throughout the event. Ross covered plenty of ground with camera in hand yesterday on an overcast Tuesday in the New South Wales Central Tablelands.

Check out his best shots below.

You can find all Ross’ Bathurst 1000 photos on his Facebook page. And if these rigs weren’t enough for you, The Race Torque posted a mega pit gallery yesterday, which you can find here.

There’s plenty more transporter content to come this week. Stay tuned to our website and social media pages to see all the rigs that have made the Bathurst 1000 possible.
